Terms of Stay

Check-in: Rooms are available from 1:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Room rates include: accommodation in rooms with balcony, telephone, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, private bathroom with shower box and hairdryer, breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury options served until 11:00 AM, private parking subject to availability, use of bicycles
10% VAT. The rates do not include the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Gatteo for guests over 18 years of age.

All payment methods are accepted. Cash payments are appreciated.

Cancellation policy

Except for bookings made with the “Non-Refundable Rate” option, reservations may be cancelled free of charge for any reason up to 7 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit paid. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will be retained.
