 Our
kitchen of the highest quality, which has always been our
pride, has satisfied the palates of our guests for many years.
Quality has always come first and every day we offer original
meat or fish menus for lunch and dinner
to satisfy every whim, accompanied by an abundant buffet
of vegetables (cooked and raw) and various side dishes.
We also make personalised adjustments to the menu to meet the
requirements of special dietary needs, such as those of
celiacs and other types of alimentary intolerance.
Everything is done of course in accordance in the best
tradition of Romagna which has made this land famous also
from the gastronomic viewpoint.
Breakfast is abundant and provides, in addition to
customary breakfast drinks, a varied sweet and savoury buffet,
while every week we serve a free Sunday aperitif.
